Criminal Investigations Division

Lt. Stubbs is in command of this unit. Lt. Stubbs is tasked with investigating crimes of serious nature, including: major felonies, sex crimes, and financial crimes. Captain Stubbs is also responsible for maintaining a comprehensive list and notifying the public of sex offenders residing in, and working in, and around the Harrington Police Department’s jurisdiction.
