Unregistered/Untagged Vehicles

Beginning in the new year, Code Enforcement will be actively enforcing City Code § 406-1 and § 406-2 which deal with abandoned vehicles on public streets and private property.

Please be aware that all vehicles MUST be properly registered and tagged. Unregistered vehicles may not be parked or stored on any property in the City.

Any vehicle found to be unregistered will be removed from the property and fees/fines will be assessed.
