Submissions begin Monday, October 18th -Monday, October 25th—Have your Halloween costume already picked? Share a pic all decked out in your best dressed costume via our Facebook (@HarringtonPublicLibrary) and we’ll let our followers vote on the best! Pictures submitted with the most “likes” with win a $10.00 gift card! There will be one winner for Teens, Toddlers, and Kids. Winners will be announced on our Facebook following 10/25! FREE. Children 17 and under.
