Announcing a new public website to connect Delawareans to pet services

The Office of Animal Welfare (OAW) launched an updated website, https://animalservices.delaware.gov/, to connect Delawareans to animal control, dog licensing, and pet lost and found services provided by Delaware Animal Services, the enforcement unit of the OAW. The site also offers educational resources for pet owners, information on low-cost sterilization and veterinary programs, disaster preparedness information, and enables residents to submit non-emergency animal control or cruelty complaints online.

The site specifically outlines animal control, cruelty, and rabies control services we offer, and provides information for making reports. Non-emergency reports can now be submitted online. Our 24-hour hotline is 302-255-4646.

Residents can click “Lost and Found” to access the first statewide Lost and Found Pet Registry.
